Online Services

Patient Access is a service the Mid Devon Medical Practice is providing via the internet for patients aged 16 years and over and who are permanently registered patients with the Surgery.

Patient Access will enable you to:

• book, cancel and check appointments
• order repeat prescriptions online
• tell us about contact detail changes

Your confidentiality is maintained by issuing you a unique PIN number to allow access and a password you select.

To use this service you will need to come into the Practice to complete registration for it and you will need to bring a form of photo ID with you such as a Passport or Driving Licence and proof of your address. If you start the process on-line this will make the process faster when you come into the surgery.

Once registered, you will also be able to book appointments on your mobile device if you download the Patient Access app.

In the future the Mid Devon Medical Practice intends to provide you access to additional access to coded parts of your electronic medical record via this system.
